Dear Phoenix family,
It was brought to our attention that many honest players have been discouraged
by a small group of abusers who have entered into a division which they do not belong in.

To keep the competition fair and square, we have decided to move suspicious players to a higher division. Once the participants are moved, their records from the previous division will not be carried over to the next division. It is because not all divisions have the same game options (e.g. Platinum division has double in, double out, and split bull whereas Gold division has only double out enabled).
For example, if player A shot 40 PPD in Silver division and was ranked up to Gold division,
player A would start with 0 PPD as if he just came into Gold division.

Further abuse of the system will result in permanent ban from PhoenixDart system.
