1.POL SEASON 2 2018 EVENT
- ·POL Season 2 2018 will be happening between 27th August 2018 ~ 4th September 2018.
- ·The league will be made available to all POL members.
- ·POL Season 2 2018 is available for registration at all locations around Malaysia with Phoenixdart machines.
- ·POL Season 2 2018 will be separated into FOUR (4) Divisions ;
- MAX (MONDAY)
- CLASSIC (TUESDAY)
- LITE (WEDNESDAY)
- ROOKIE (THURSDAY) - ·All Matches will be played from 9PM onwards on each match day.
- ·Registration starts from 1st August 2018 to 17th August 2018.

- ·Medals & Mock Cheques will be given to all Group Champions.
- ·Champions, Runner’s-up & Joint 3rd positions will receive Trophies, Medals & Mock Cheques.
- ·Joint 5th positions will receive Medals.
3.REGISTRATION METHOD
- ·Participating teams must be registered with a Phoenixdart HOME SHOP.
- ·TEAM registration fees for POL Season 2 2018 will be RM300/team.
- ·HOME SHOP’S will pay for POL SEASON 2 2018’s constructor fees which will be RM100/HOMESHOP.
*The fees per-HOME SHOP will remain at RM100 regardless of the number of participating teams per-HOME SHOP. - ·ORGANIZERS reserve the right to re-assign a players rating for the entire POL Season.
- ·The decision to place a team under ONLINE or LOCAL (Home & Away) status will be made by the organizers.
- ·A minimum of THREE (3) players are required to complete a teams registration in each division.
4.TEAM, PLAYER & SUBSTITUTIONS
- ·Teams must receive a confirmation/permission from their home shop when signing up for the participation with this league.
- ·No substitutions will be allowed during entire competition period when a team has reached the maximum number of permitted players on their team.
- ·All the players who’ve had registered with a team will not be allowed to join any other team or Division throughout the entire league season.
5.RESCHEDULING / WALK OVER
- ·Teams are only allowed to reschedule up to TWO (2) matches person.
- ·The team requesting for the reschedule will be penalised TWO (2) points.
- ·The team requesting to WALK OVER will be imposed RM100 penalty charge per match game on the team/home shop.
6.Game Format

- Top 3 players combine Rt. NOT OVER 55. - No individual max rating. - Min 3 players Max 4 players in each team. - Each player can only participate in TWO (2) TRIOS games, TWO (2) DOUBLE games & ONE (1) SINGLE games. - Each player can only participate ONE (1) time in ONE (1) section.

7.MATCH DAY RULES
- ·Team captains must submit team line-ups BY 8PM each league night
- ·Team line-ups can only be completed on the machine
- ·Matches should start BY 9PM
- ·Teams reported being late will be penalized TWO (2) points after the first THIRTY (30) Minutes from the complaint received
- ·Teams who are not able to proceed with the given match after ONE (1) Hour will be forfeited from the nights match
- ·Each player is allowed to play in each section ONCE (1).
- ·If there is an error in the line-up which makes a player play TWICE (2) in each section, the team at fault will receive a default loss to the section
- ·Any other formation error of line-up will result in default losses to the section(s) if discovered
- ·Any player found playing whilst not during their turn or against formation will receive a default loss to the participating set
- ·Any team found playing without an officially registered player will be REMOVED from the League and all players will be BLACKLISTED indefinitely
8.DRESS CODE
- ·All players are required to dress appropriately;
No shorts, singlet’s, shoulder baring clothing, dresses and/or skirts above knee level, sandals & slippers!!! - ·A default loss will be applied to ALL SETS of a player who’s reported to have breached the dress code during match day
- ·Reports of breach of dress code should be submitted to admins before or during game play, any reports after match is complete will be ignored.
